Minimum Orders Minimum order is $10.00 for U.S., Canada and Mexico, For other countries the minimum order is $10.00. There is a $10.00 minimum for credit card orders. Overseas customers should considerer orders above $30.00 USD as the Postal service has raised rates considerably on small packages, more than doubling rates.Larger orders will help even out higher postal rates. All rates went up May 14, 2007 Credit Cards & PayPal We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery credit cards along with Paypal. There is a $10.00 minimum for credit card orders & Paypal orders.Please send Paypal payments to sales@redfroghobbies.com Back Orders If you place an order and we don't have the item (s) in stock, the backordered item (s) will be canceled, If back order is more than 45 days and remainder of order shipped. If you send in a check with your order and all your items are backordered your check will be returned to you. Shipping All orders are shipped VIA FEDEX GROUND or USPS unless the customer has special shipping instructions. For orders in the U.S. over $100, and you would like to upgrade your shipping to 2nd day or next day air, you will pay the difference from the regular ground charges. The order will be shipped to the address shown on the order. Customer has to notify us if changed to any new address before we shipped the order. Otherwise, you will be changed for any address correction fee imposed by FEDEX or USPS. Note: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of orders to be shipped out. International Customers We can only accept credit card for customers outside the United States, Canada & Mexico. Usually, freight charge is about 30% of the order. But actual freight charge may be higher or lower (in case of air mail). No more economy surface shipping as of May 14, 2007. Only Air parcel shipping due to new USPS postal regulations. The largest increase will effect low weight international shipments. Returns The original invoice must accompany any returns. For all returns due to any reason, you must contact this office within 7 days from the invoice date for authorization to return the product. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All authorized returns will be credited minus the initial shipping cost. While we will gladly correct any errors on our end, any merchandise returned due to an error on your part will be charged a 20% of the invoice amount for a restock fee and shipped back to us at your cost. Defectives Please inspect your items/accessories for missing or defective parts before opening the box or breaking the seals, for model kits, please inspect before starting to build it for missing or defective parts. We do not except any items, accessories, models that has been open, have a broken seal or partially built. Personal Checks & Money Orders Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 service charge. All Money orders or Personal checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank. For Personal checks, Please allow 10-15 business days to clear the check before processing the order to be shipped out. Shipping & Handling Charges in the United States, APO, FPO: Minimum Postage $7.50 for shipping & handling.
